When will my item ship?

Majority of our products are made to order by our designer Tiffany Elliott. You can expect your item to ship in 1-3 weeks for made to order products, and 2-4 days for ready to ship items.

What is Vermeil?

Vermeil (Ver-may) is any sterling silver item that is plated with gold.

What is the difference between gold-plating and gold-filled?

Gold-filled is a mechanical process that creates a layer of gold over a base metal like brass. Gold plating is an electrical process that creates a layer of gold over any metal.

How long will gold plating last?

The answer is slightly complicated. Gold is a soft metal that is susceptible to scratches and wear, due to contact with your skin, chemicals, clothes, and other surfaces. Gold plating is the process of coating an object with a layer of gold 0.5 microns - 5 microns. Depending on the care of the object, gold plating can last a month or more than a year.

What is CAD?

CAD (Computer Aided Design), is any software used to help in the design process. We use our software to create 3D models of our products which we manufacture in our studio.

I know a group of kids that would love to make jewelry. How do I setup a jewelry workshop?

We are so glad you are seeking to arrange a jewelry workshop; however we are currently pausing workshops until we have completed #TSDmobile our jewelry studio on wheels. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please note that TeeSankey Designs is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes. You will need to review your custom policies to ensure uninterrupted delivery.

How do I order a custom grill?

Please fill out this form, and we will be in touch regarding your design.

Can you make me a custom grill if I have a permanent retainer? 

Due to your permanent retainer featuring a bar on the back part of your teeth, we can not make a custom grill for you. 

Can you eat with a grill? 

Grillz are a form of jewelry and are used solely to adorn the teeth. Be sure to remove your grill before eating, sleeping, preforming heavy activity, exercise or sports.

How do I get my impressions done? 

You can get your impressions from your dentist or a self impression kit.

How do I take my impressions?

How do I send you my impressions? 

After you've made your non-refundable payment, you will receive an email within 48 hours with the address you ship your impressions to. 

When will my grillz ship?

Majority of our products are made to order by our designer Tiffany Elliott. You can expect your grillz to ship in 1-3 weeks, unless stated otherwise.

Do you use real gold for your grillz?

We use sterling silver, 10K yellow gold, 14K yellow, white and rose gold to make your grillz.

Do you keep a record of the mold incase a return customer wants another design?

No. Your impression is sent back to you. If you would like to purchase another design you will need to ship an impression to us.
