Shipping and Returns
Packages will ship after processing which is usually but not limited to 2-4 days, via USPS. All items are insured, and any order over $200 will require a signature upon delivery. Please note, tracking information will be provided via email once item is shipped.
Tee Sankey Designs is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes. Please review your custom policies to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
Since all of our jewelry is handmade to order we do not accept refunds. However, you may exchange certain items, view Exchange section below.
We accept exchanges for most items, given that the following conditions are met:
-Buyer must send a message within 7 days of receiving the item to Sales@TeeSankeyDesigns.com
-Buyer must get approval before sending back item, and the item must be placed in the mail within 5 days of approval.
-Item must be returned in unused condition.
-All packaging, certifications and other items received with original item must be mailed back.
-Buyer covers the cost of sending back the item and is responsible for shipment.
-Buyer is not refunded for the initial shipping fee and any duty taxes paid.
*ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
-Items that have been altered or changed per your request.
-Personalized or engraved items
CANCELING AN ORDER PRIOR TO SHIPMENT:
If a customer cancels a transaction prior to shipment a full refund will be given if the cancellation was made within 24 hours form the date of purchase. If a customer decides to cancel a transaction after 24 hours from the date of purchase there will be a 25% restocking fee.
