Details:

• Use the last photo to note where you want your design in your cart under the "Special instructions for seller" section.
• Ex. Teeth 6 and 11 or teeth 22 and 27
• If you would like your fangs connected with a back bar, choose yes above. 
• All grillz are custom made and we will need a model of your teeth to complete your order. You may obtain your impression, dental stone or 3D scan of your teeth from your dentist. .
  
• You will send your impression to the address provided after you've made your non-refundable payment. 
  
• Allow 4 weeks for processing after we've received your impression.
  
• We cannot create a grill for any teeth with a permanent retainer.
